The first point of contact for all HR related queries and escalate to the team as necessary∙ Lead and coordinate the onboarding cycle for all new joiners from offer paperwork to organising and conducting new hire orientation and other inductions∙ Lead and coordinate the terminations process ensuring all employees have a smooth offboarding experience∙ Administer and coordinate HR processes, such as but not limited to, onboarding, transfers, performance cycles, leaves of absence and offboarding∙ Maintain, administer, and develop accurate HR records electronically and on HR systems to ensure compliance with legislation∙ Ensure the HR team works effectively and with a joined-up approach, by helping to streamline and improve HR processes∙ Proactively provide innovative ideas and suggestions for process improvements∙ Produce weekly and monthly reports∙ Maintain team trackers and support HRBPs with projects as required∙ Take part in global and/or regional projects and local ad hoc administrative tasks and initiatives that support the Business Partners and HR brand∙ General team administration and support such as booking meeting rooms, note taking, preparing presentations/reports etc.
