As a SAP SuccessFactors LMS consultant, I have- lead the LMS implementation for multiple waves for a global client- My responsibilities here include: delivering training, leading system integration tests, preparing training materials, systems configuration, and managing data migration-Supported and trained a junior team member, providing guidance on how to utilize the LMS, how to give trainings and various best practices-Supported 9 global clients with their LMS implementation projects-Responsiblities here were more dynamic with a key focus on training, testing, configuration and hypercare activities- Worked on the custom software owned by my employer called LP360- ⁠My responsibilities include implementing various modules of LP360, configuration in SuccessFactors side to integrate the software, handling debugging, ticket management, system testing, troubleshooting, and overseeing software releases- ⁠I acted as a key liaison between the tech development team and the client, ensuring a smooth communication.
