Eliezer \"Eli\" Ponce, Vice President Contemporary Latin Catalog at Craft Recordings a division of Concord, focuses on the development of the Daddy Yankee portfolio, new business opportunities and acquisitions. Prior to joining Craft Recordings in 2025, Ponce served as VP at Fonovisa leading the US A&R overseeing a diverse roster of prominent Latin artists including Los Tigres del Norte, Adriel Favela, Banda El Recodo, Banda Los Recoditos, Octavio Cuadras, and many more. He previously spent 5 years at BMG Music Publishing, representing a distinguished roster of artists, songwriters, and publishers including Grupo Intocable, DEL Records, Paloma Mami, Erika Ender, 8onthebeat, Maffio, and Lito MC Cassidy. And for almost a decade he was at SESAC, the Performing Rights Organization, in their Film and Television Department, the Licensing Department and his last role was Associate Director A&R for SESAC Latina.Ponce was recognized as one of Billboard\'s Latin Power Players in both 2020 and 2021.
