I am also the primary lawyer for two of TELUS\'s high-growth subsidiaries: GoCo Technology and Secure Sense Solutions I serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives in our Sales, Product Marketing, Finance and Complex Solutions teams. My role includes drafting and negotiating complex services agreements with strategic enterprise customers and public sector entities, managing our outside counsel on numerous files, and supporting the post-acquisition integration of new companies into TELUS. I also love business development and have introduced numerous technology companies to my business colleagues.

Key achievements included leading TELUS’s partnership with RingCentral to launch Business Connect ($300M+ in revenue), guiding post-acquisition amalgamation of six companies into GoCo Technology, and providing strategic counsel to Secure Sense Solutions. I received multiple nominations for TELUS President’s Club in recognition of exceptional support and dedication to my business clients. I previously advised executives at TD SYNNEX, AMD and Morningstar DBRS; contributed to business law reforms for the Ontario government; and practiced corporate and M&A law in New York City.
