I do whatever it takes to help effective climate solutions and climate action scale. I\'m a Senior Partnerships Manager at Tradewater. We collect and destroy refrigerant gases and halon fire suppressants that deplete the ozone layer and are up to 12,500 times as potent as CO2 at warming our planet. We also find, measure, and plug abandoned orphaned oil and gas wells that are actively leaking methane. Tradewater has prevented 10.6 million tons of CO2 equivalent from being released into the atmosphere, and we\'re on track to prevent at least 30 million tons of CO2 equivalent from being emitted by 2030. At Tradewater, I manage relationships with customers and key partners. I serve as the conduit between these customers/partners, market development, and other departments within Tradewater. Externally, I share the facts and the stories of our work with interested parties. Internally, I design & optimize systems to ensure efficiency and smooth collaboration between teams.I have 8 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, and commercialization of new climate technologies. Prior to Tradewater, I was the first business hire at Symbrosia, a climate-tech startup developing a seaweed feed additive to drastically reduce methane emissions in cow burps. At Symbrosia, I worked closely with the Founder & CEO to raise a $7M funding round, built relationships with the first commercial partners (Neutral Foods & Organic Valley), and developed the company\'s first carbon project on the Verra registry.
