   Managed DevOps at CCA, comprising Web and Mobile Services and Network and Server Operations, developing and maintaining a number of web applications, services, and digital infrastructure to support academic, administrative, and residential computing. Responsible for delivering collaboration and communications tools (G Suite), video conferencing (Zoom), and course scheduling services (EMS). Managed project managers, designers, developers, system administrators, network engineers, and student employees. Delivered a new campus portal, student application, self-service account management system, and a number of cross-service data integrations. Lead the telecom design, procurement, and implementation for two large campus construction projects. Replaced and modernized the campus phone system. Managed the budget and procurement for over fifty systems and services. Defined and started a cloud-first platform and infrastructure strategy built on Google Cloud Platform. Created a student-staffed QA team. Worked with CCA’s IxD program to create a design intern position and mentored student and staff interaction designers.
