The Board of Directors manages and controls all affairs of WCID #17. Our goals include providing safe, reliable, and economic water service to all areas of the district, implementing effective water conservation programs, establishing reliable emergency and contingency plans, developing workable plans for management of commitments and orderly development of the district\'s systems and establishing legal, reasonable, euitable, and enforceable policies in support of our mission objectives.Responsibilities also include hiring and evaluating personnel, planning, setting budgets and policy regarding financial procedures, bond issuance, and investment policy, facility planning and community relations.
