Elias brings 25+ years of leadership experience throughout the software, mobile, storage, SaaS, and telecommunications industries. He is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Dayeh, Inc, a software architecture and design firm focused on solving today\'s software solutions from a process first perspective. Prior to Dayeh Inc, Elias was most recently the the Sr. Director of Software Operations at Motorola Mobility where he was responsible for the day-to-day operational oversight of the global software organization including budget, business operations & systems management, open source compliance, IP compliance, SW BOM as well as leading all software related activities in Brazil & Google OEM relationship as the primary liaison with the Android Team. He was also an active member of the Platform Customer Advisory Panel at Salesforce.com. Prior to his second stint at Motorola Mobility, Elias was the Director of Business Operations at Axcient, where he was responsible for the strategy, architecture, development, integration and operations of Axcient’s enterprise applications. Prior to Axcient, Elias was the Director, Business Operations at Motorola Mobility, where he was responsible for the strategy, architecture, development, implementation, and rollout of the initial 3rd party Software Bill of Materials as well as strategy and architecture of the Salesforce.com platform implementation for the Software and Services Product Management division. Elias has held numerous roles in sales development, business development, system architecture and business operations at Pillar Data Systems,(acquired by Oracle), Andale Inc, Meridian Systems, and Electronic Arts.
