I\'m Elias Spencer, a Sophomore at Lehigh University studying Finance with a minor in Real Estate, with a growing passion for wealth management. Before finance, I learned what real work looks like, growing up working on multiple farms, long days, physical labor, early mornings, and the expectation that you show up and deliver no matter what. That experience taught me discipline and humility, and it shaped how I approach my goals today. Whether you’re managing land, equipment, or customer relationships, success comes down to consistency and doing things the right way, even when no one is watching. That mindset is what I’ve carried into my professional experiences. I’ve built comfort in fast-paced, people-driven environments: from supporting client service and business development at The STARK Financial Group, where I helped service client investment portfolios and contributed to outreach through targeted marketing plans and networking events, to growing brand visibility through digital marketing work with Mind of the Athlete. I’ve also expanded my real estate foundation through an international real estate study abroad across Italy and Switzerland, collaborating with professionals from Hines, Savills, and Generali, and earning my ARGUS Enterprise Certification (ASC) to strengthen my technical CRE toolkit.Outside the classroom, I’ve leaned into ownership and leadership: running Spencer’s Landscaping and Spencer’s Fly Tying, where I manage customer relationships, scheduling, sales, and fulfillment. Those experiences reinforced what I’m chasing long-term: a career where the work is real, the relationships matter, and performance is earned. Going forward, I’m excited to keep learning at the intersection of wealth management and real estate, and to build relationships as strong as the future I’m trying to create.
