I am an award-winning writer, director, and producer who loves connecting with people, enjoys helping others to achieve their goals, and being a good person overall. I graduated at the top of my class from the competitive UCLA School of Theater, Film, and TV, where my hard work was recognized with many awards including the 2009 Samuel Goldwyn Writing Award and the Motion Picture Association of America Award. After graduation, I wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning feature film AGAINST THE GRAIN, where I managed and directed a cast and crew of eighty. This experience taught me how to deal with varying personalities and motivate people to achieve their full potential while keeping my eyes on the bigger picture. In addition to my filmmaking experience, I am knowledgeable of the mastering, quality control, and distribution of major studios’ theatrical releases digital cinema packages (DCPs) — a skill that I acquired while working at both Deluxe and Technicolor Digital Cinemas. I am a hard worker, a self-starter, and a quick learner. I enjoy collaborating with various departments to achieve a common goal. I am passionate, loyal, excel under pressure, and possess exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. I am an active member of Toastmasters International and have achieved the following designations: Competent Communicator, Competent Leader, and Innovative Planning 5. I look forward to growing professionally, personally, and doing my part to make the world a little better than I found it.
