Provide assistance to clients on an individual basis, provide career counseling, and facilitate job placement • Draft resumes, cover letters and assist a diverse population of clients in job searches by completing job applications and new hire forms• Assisted clients in obtaining their Pharmacy Technician License, CDL-A, Cosmetology License, and other various professional licenses• Meet with and assist over clients per year and successfully place an average of 70% of job seekers in jobs• Record and report all client activities and quarterly metrics to the State of Michigan with a high level of accuracy and detail• Administer the Michael J.
