Hola! I’m Eliana. I’m a Colombian living in Canada, a proud new Canadian, and currently Director of People and Culture and Partner at Hook and Ladder Digital For over 13 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, communication, and digital marketing. My path has taken me from managing communications for social change projects to running festivals, leading creative campaigns, and building systems and teams that help people thrive Today, I lead our people and operations strategy at Hook and Ladder, a digital marketing agency with team members across Latin America and Canada. I’m also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, which means I spend a lot of time helping people and teams discover what makes them great and how to use that to grow, lead, and collaborate more intentionally 🪴 I’m passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen and supported, especially in fast-paced and creative environments.
