About Eliana Piper

I’m the Chief Operating Officer at Perspective Fund, where I lead strategy and operations for a nonprofit supporting media projects that advance social justice and human rights. My work sits at the intersection of mission, systems, and people helping values-driven organizations translate ambition into durable execution.Across roles at the ACLU, International Rescue Committee, Google, and Hillary for America, I’ve built and scaled teams, redesigned operating models, and led complex change in moments of growth, urgency, and uncertainty. I’m particularly drawn to work that requires both rigor and care: organizational design, people operations, strategic planning, internal communications, and the often-invisible systems that shape how teams actually function day to day.I bring a systems-thinking lens informed by experience in user research, insight analytics, and inclusive design, and I care deeply about building environments where people can do their best work without burning out. I’m motivated by the belief that strong operations aren’t just about efficiency they’re about trust, clarity, and creating the conditions for meaningful impact.
