Strategic Analyst within MSK\'s Strategy & Competitive Intelligence department, working on analytics projects related to help advance MSK\'s mission and hospital administration\'s goals - Write SQL queries and R code to retrieve, synthesize, and perform descriptive analytics on large datasets related to internal treatment dynamics, accessible market, and market share analyses - Develop, build, and maintain one of the organization’s most frequently visited self-service tools and dashboards, and other Shiny-based tools used by C-suite executives, hospital leadership and other stakeholders throughout the organization - Identify trends and opportunities, support decision making, and create metrics used in identifying areas of priority - Optimize and automate code for production of reports and data visualizations using R, plotly, and custom packages - Lead analytics activities and author quarterly and annual reports in collaboration with strategic initiative managers for presentation to technical and non-technical audiences - Contribute to R package development, SQL database upkeep, and Git maintenance, and participate in hackathons
