Responsibilities Include:• Manage innovation grants given to youth leaders in the U.S, Canada, and the Caribbean, including process support from applications to final reporting and designing new structure for leadership and professional development and successful project management support for grantees• Collaborate in the collection, curation, and analysis of resources related to inclusive leadership, focusing on ensuring quality and accessibility as well as identifying gaps in the existing resources• Develop resources for Inclusive Youth Leadership, workplace readiness and Unified Leadership that achieve programmatic objectives and collaborate with Global Youth Education teams. • Contribute to thought leadership, including serving as a guest presenter representing meaningful inclusion in society and the importance of lifelong unified leadership• Support event planning and execution in various capacities, including national leadership events, conferences, and Youth Leadership Experiences • Adapt to changing team needs and supporting with the management of part time team members
