About Eli Albaugh
I am a leadership-driven and creative problem solver who thrives in roles where I can build, organize, and improve systems. I’ve developed these strengths through experiences such as founding Pressure Select 901, the exterior cleaning business I started in high school after realizing I wanted to work for myself and create something from the ground up. Running every aspect of the company, from client acquisition to equipment maintenance, taught me how to manage operations efficiently while maintaining 100% client satisfaction. I also apply these strengths in large-scale team environments, such as planning a spring formal for more than 300 guests with a budget, where I coordinated logistics, vendors, and team responsibilities to deliver a seamless event. These experiences have shaped my reputation among peers as organized, creative, and someone who steps up to solve problems.Looking ahead, I am pursuing a career in commercial or residential real estate because I am energized by work that combines relationship-building, strategic decision-making, and the ability to make a visible, lasting impact. I hope to continue exploring entrepreneurship, whether through launching a future company, building a real estate portfolio, or developing a service that makes people’s lives easier. My long-term goal is to mentor young leaders and help create ethical, people-focused business environments where teams feel supported and empowered to grow. Ultimately, I want my career to blend leadership, creativity, and service, allowing me to build meaningful communities while driving positive change in the businesses and people I work with.
