Responsible for the definition and implementation of all inventory management process, systems and projects with the main goal to optimize inventory performance while meeting service levels. Working with the regional inventory leads ensuring full harmonization of the way of working across all Campari geographies and portfolio. In charge of finished goods, components and aged liquid inventory for the full Campari portfolio.Main responsibilities- Drive the design, continuous improvement and alignment of the S & OP and Inventory Management process standards; support in the preparation of the Global S & OP Executive meeting shared with the C-level- Ensure performance management reviews with the regions, mobilization actions and ensuring perfect alignment with the S & OE process- Coordinate the LTP (Long Term Planning) process aimed to ensure the optimal balance between planned distillation volumes and capex need across all Campari distilleries for maturing inventory- Lead inventory optimization projects (SAP IBP IO) ensuring high standards on implementation (on time, in full adoption) and return on investment- Support and enable initiatives to deliver Cash optimization target through targeted interventions on process improvements, analysis, opportunities identification and operationalization- Develop an analytical reporting platform to facilitate faster decision-making- Lead IBP, SAP & BW Power Users- Work cross functionally with IT and regional inventory planners to support Supply Chain initiatives- Supports M&A integration and inventory control area divestitures- Identify and implements continuous improvement opportunities through standard cadences in support of operational excellence for business wide system enhancements- Participate in large-scale supply chain process transformation programs critical for Campari 5 year strategy;
