As part of the Strategy & Innovation Department, I contribute to shaping the future of rotorcraft products by supporting strategic and innovation-driven initiatives, from advanced configurations to next-generation service models.I work at the intersection of product strategy, engineering development, and innovation, collaborating with teams across Engineering, R&D, Marketing, and Sales to support product evolution analysis, capability assessments, and market alignment efforts.I\'m also involved in EU-funded R&I projects, gaining experience in high-impact, cross-functional environments focused on advanced aerospace technologies.Focus areas include- Supporting cross-functional collaboration in complex, fast-paced projects- Identifying trends through market analysis and competitive benchmarking- Supporting decision-making through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations- Participating in innovation trend analysis and regulatory monitoring- Supporting R&I activities within EU project frameworks- Contributing to long-term product and technology roadmap inputs.
