About Eli Priest

Eli Priest joined Newmark in 2010 specializing in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of industrial, land and investment properties throughout the Wasatch Front.Eli started as a researcher and cold caller focusing in Davis County, Utah. After graduating with his bachelor\'s in professional sales and marketing, he became an agent bridging both Salt Lake and Davis County. Eli has continued to advance and most recently joined up with his team to culminate the highest transaction volume in Newmark\'s Utah branch history. Eli’s strength can be found in his ability to focus and understand his clients\' requirements while working together towards successful results. He has been a part of the completion many notable transactions. Known for his hard work, he has never been afraid to pick up the phone to make a cold call or walk door-to-door in order to fill his landlords\' space efficiently and with quality tenants. This work has also led to the involvement of millions of dollars in property transactions including facilities sold to owner-users, investment sales and industrial land transactions. Always growing, Eli is currently working on his CCIM designation. He is always trying to find ways of helping his current clients and building relationships with new ones.
