Mayor\'s Office of Education, Community Schools Initiative •Developed Logan’s Green Campaign with the Pennsylvania Horticulture Society and the Philadelphia School District’s Office of Green Sustainability to increase Philadelphia’s green canopy. Leading to a renovation plan to improve Logan’s 2.0-acre public space in partnership with the Trust for Public Land. •Generate and facilitate relationships with local partners such as Villanova and La Salle University, Design Philadelphia, Central High School, and Jefferson Health to engage over 350 volunteers, delivering 1100+ hours of programming, six capital improvements, and more than 20 community-wide events. •Co-created the Becoming Experts Conference, a 3-day professional development for MOE staff to experience new ideas and best practices from professionals leading in their respective industries in the region. Notable speakers included the Deputy Superintendent Dr. Oz Hill, Mayor Parker’s 2026 Director Michael Newmius, and Michael Churchill of the Public Interest Law Center. •Prepare and lead bi-monthly partnership meetings to inform local stakeholders of opportunities to collaborate and innovate, monitor progress, and serve the local community while supporting partnering agencies. •Represented the City of Philadelphia as a featured host site for the largest Community School Conference in the U.S, leading site logistics, facilitating best-practice workshops, and convening national education leaders. •Piloted and managed innovative programs, including Super Bowl Champion Chris Long’s Edzone Program, American Bike Ride’s first Philadelphia bike distribution to 170 students, and the Philadelphia Water Department’s “Growing Up Green” curriculum, advancing community engagement and youth development.
