I started my career as a Management Trainee in Boca Raton, Florida. I received 6 promotions prior to taking on my current role as an Area Rental Manager in 4 years with the company. As an Area Rental Manager, I currently oversee locations in central Broward County and our Tri-Branded operation at the Fort Lauderdale International Airport which includes our Enterprise, Alamo and National brand and am responsible for every aspect of those businesses. My position requires I focus on increasing market share, profits, growth, customer service and most importantly employee development. I also manage the entire HR aspect, escalation of customer service issues, finances, operations, and risk management of the territory.
