I’m a Chemical Engineering graduate with a passion for creating solutions that matter. My background spans both engineering and people-focused roles—from troubleshooting processes in high-output manufacturing environments to coaching student leaders and presenting to audiences of 350+. I thrive when challenged, bringing curiosity, perseverance, and structured thinking to every project. What drives me most is working with people. Whether it’s aligning stakeholders on a shared goal, mentoring teammates, or translating technical findings into actionable insights, I love building trust and momentum across diverse groups. I bring steadiness and intentionality to the table, helping others feel heard while keeping projects moving forward with clarity and purpose. I’m eager to continue learning, contribute to teams that value curiosity and collaboration, and apply both my technical training and leadership experience to solve complex challenges. There is a real person here too! Beyond work, some of my interests include: Christian faith, leadership, reading, guitar, national parks, skiing, hiking, cycling, & ceramics.
