A representative from a facility with a broken overhead crane will notify me of their issue/issues.We figure out whether it is a simple troubleshoot that we can do over the phone or whether I will schedule a technician to go on site and troubleshoot the overhead crane.If the technician is able to repair the overhead crane on that visit, then there is no further action needed unless requested. If there are parts needing to be replaced, the technician gives me a list of those parts. I then find the pricing and lead times of the parts and make a quote for the replacement of these parts.if the quote is accepted, I order the parts and schedule the job with a technician or technicians to replace the pieces I ordered.
