About Eli Duggan
I am an MIT graduate fellow interested in data-driven analysis and policy & institutional design to address climate change. My research connects human and natural systems modeling to understand how decarbonization pathways affect local sustainability outcomes that are commonly neglected, like biodiversity and air quality. I aim to identify strategies that reduce emissions while creating co-benefits, provide policymakers with practical decision-making tools, and help reframe climate discourse around wellbeing.
