Invite tender participants, coordinate tender opening dates, record tender results, issue letters of acceptance/regret, and update tender tracking log. Assist in project close-outs to ensure that project documentation is properly archived and to ensure receipt of occupancy permits, receipt of warranty manuals and receipt of as-built CAD drawings.
