In my role as a director for NH Navigator, I was dedicated to helping individuals access crucial health coverage through the ACA Marketplace and Medicaid. While I served the Strafford and Rockingham counties, my work extended throughout the state. I built strong relationships with diverse partners—from community-based organizations to hospital systems and substance use clinical settings—to better serve a wide range of communities.I was also responsible for leading the substance use portion of NH Navigator. By leveraging my skills in communication, interpersonal relations, and motivational interviewing, I worked to reduce barriers to care and foster cross-sector collaboration, ultimately improving how we served our communities.
