As the recruitment chairman at my fraternity, I lead the team in finding new members. I organize events to meet potential members, like mixers and information sessions. My job is to make sure everyone feels welcome and understands what our fraternity is all about. I also coordinate interviews and make decisions about who is invited to join. During this process, I work closely with the president and treasurer, upholding the standard of the largest Phi Delt chapter in the nation.
