WORKLAND is a unique web platform that aims to facilitate and accelerate the recruitment of talented professionals and to significantly reduce costs.Responsibilities:• Engage in the full recruitment cycle;• Oversee the entire recruitment and selection process;• Working with the Applicant Tracking System (ATSs) and social media recruitment;• Maintain data integrity within the applicant tracking system;• Pre-screening & Interviewing candidates, perform reference checks, negotiate offers of employment; and coordinate administrative aspects of new hires;• Responsible for posting various job listings and ensuring target audience is reached;• Research recruitment marketing activities/trends.
