About Elham Pazouki
I am the lead power electronics engineer for the development of AC drives. I have an extensive academic background in AC motor drives, power conversion hardware - specially AC-DC and DC-DC converter design, magnetics, control algorithm, and use of rapid prototyping platforms for concept testing of power conversion hardware. In my current position, I am responsible for the analysis, design, development, and testing of high voltage power conversion hardware for industrial AC motor drives. I am also responsible for the printed circuit board design, developing computer simulation models to aid in design, building and evaluating laboratory prototypes, and conducting qualification tests to certify the product for regulatory agency compliance. With the academic background, I am also involved with research work for next generation projects. This includes attending international technical conferences, staying up-to-date with advancements in technology and regulatory standards for AC motor drives, and interacting with key vendors to evaluate new components.
