ABOUT ELHAM KHAZAEI
I’m Elham Khazaei, a project management professional completing an MSc in Project Management at Birmingham City University. I help teams take complex, fast-moving work from ambiguity to delivery through clear governance, disciplined planning, and practical process improvement. Here’s what I do well: build plans that stand up in the real world (Gantt, milestones, dependencies), run tight delivery rhythms (actions, decisions, RAID), and keep stakeholders aligned so teams can move faster with fewer surprises. I’m comfortable in PRINCE2-governed environments and equally at home working in Agile ways of delivering, always with a Lean mindset and a focus on measurable benefits.I currently lead project management delivery for BCU Racing’s Formula Student programme, coordinating cross-functional teams and owning the schedule and risk. I represented the team at IMechE Formula Student (Silverstone 2025) and secured 1st Place in the Project Management Competition.Alongside delivery, I work as a Research Assistant exploring leadership behaviours in Agile ESG transformation across UK consulting and financial services, turning research insights into actionable lessons for project teams.I’m open to PMO, Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, and Transformation/Change roles where stakeholder management, risk control, reporting, and continuous improvement matter.
