I am a UX researcher and digital data analyst who strongly believes in the qualitative-quantitative approach and in balancing user needs with business needs. In every research activity, my goal is to produce actionable insights for tactical and immediate solutions and wide-ranging, long-lasting strategies. I love working in team and in close contact with designers to create effective, efficient and pleasant to use products thanks to an approach that is as data driven as possible. As soon as I have the opportunity, I also like to range beyond the area most closely related to the UX researcher and get my hands dirty with service design and its approaches and tools.
