Following a life long involvement in football, I wanted to repay the enjoyment I received by coaching young players. Deliver sessions to U10 & U12 age groups. Take great delight in building positive relationships with young players and improving player technique, understanding & overall performance. Provide feedback to player & parents on a regular basis. Always wanting to improve own performance & become a better coach.

Accredited IFE Fire Risk Register (Life Safety) Assessor- I am an honest & self committed individual that has a wide range of experience with over 30 years experience in the Fire Service. As a manager & leader I have the necessary skills & attributes to deal with most situations. I consider myself a good communicator, motivator & influencer in order to build strong teams, enhance morale & consistently deliver high performance. I posses good interpersonal skills & am able to drive improvements within a changing environment. Have a strong background knowledge in Fire Safety & passionate about reducing risk within Commercial Business Premises & within Community based & Residential properties.Completed all the fire safety modules in Fire Safety (international Fire Safety College, Moreton). BSc (Hons) & NEBOSH qualified.In my current role as fire safety officer within the NHS I ensure compliance and safety to patients, staff and visitors. Deal with Fire Strategy, Evacuation Plans, Risk Assessments, Project work & Training.In my spare time I like to watch & coach football. I am a qualified UEFA \'A\' Licensed coach & have completed Youth Module 1,2 & 3 and get great satisfaction in seeing the development of young players.
