Collaborates with other Content Area Coaches and Content Coordinators across the organization.*Maintains accurate and timely records to document support.*Attends department meetings, trainings, and professional learning as assigned.*Supports curriculum and assessment development as assigned.*Provides ongoing mentorship, coaching, and on-site support to early learning teachers in best practices, curriculum implementation, and progress monitoring.*Support teachers with instructional needs specific to the content area through observation/feedback, modeling, co-teaching, coaching and professional learning.*Assists Early Learning department and teachers with the implementation of instruction that is aligned with state and District standards.*Designs and facilitates professional development offerings for early learning teachers.
