I am a Senior Staff User Experience (Research) Lead with 19 years of experience. Since 2019, I have led UX Design, Research, and Strategy for some of Google\'s most innovative internal tools, including Google\'s internal search engine, news and Q&A platforms, and other confidential projects. I also founded and led one of the largest internal research programs on Google employees. Prior to Google, I worked as a Head of UX and User Experience Researcher in large companies, agencies, and startups across Europe and Asia. In addition to my core role, I am a conference speaker, associate lecturer, and private investor.
