ABOUT ELEONORA VANNUZZI
I work at the point where sustainability strategy becomes operational reality: through systems, processes, and people.For almost 11 years, I have supported structured organizations and multinational environments in translating ESG objectives into concrete, measurable outcomes. My background combines consulting experience with a corporate role in a multinational company, with a consistent focus on execution, governance, and organizational alignment.I currently work on the execution of Nestlé’s sustainability strategy in the Italian market, contributing to the definition of strategies and mid-term action plans, sustainability reporting processes (GRI, CSRD, materiality analysis, and KPIs), packaging sustainability initiatives, and the implementation of environmental labelling. I also work on stakeholder engagement projects at both national and international level. In this context, I have designed and delivered internal training programs, contributing to the development of sustainability capabilities for 600+ people.In parallel, I hold a part-time corporate mission within a Sustainability Capability Building team, contributing to the development of an internal Sustainability Academy.
