Currently lead Group multi-year plan/trasformation program (eg new definition of default adoption according to new EBA guidelines) on Credit Risk Models in 25+ Legal Entities, monitor its execution and managed related investment budget.\\\\n\\\\nOther selected projects/activities:\\\\n- Credit risk monitoring model redesigned: behavioral warning system, policies, processes and tools, credit policies, performance KPIs, change management strategy (training, communication, and assistance plans)\\\\n- Credit risk italy competence model designed: skills mapping for all the operating functions (underwriting, monitoring, restructuring), skills assessment, training plan for each role FTEs trained)\\\\n- Other activities: key projects monitoring and periodical status update to C-level, ad hoc support to C-Level for key analysis and benchmarking (eg Asset Quality Review), define the overall Risk Management Italy budget needs \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
