ABOUT ELEONORA FAZI

My name is Eleonora, and I am a 28-year-old Business Consultant from Italy.‍I am an enthusiastic and passionate girl with high expectations, a positive attitude towards new challenges, and always open to confrontation, even with myself. I have a personal and professional motto that affects my daily life:\"The great thing about putting yourself to the test is that you may find out that you can do it.\" My experiences have taught me that getting out of my comfort zone encourages me to face difficulties as an opportunity for growth. I often tend to take on the responsibilities of a workgroup and take the lead. I\'m a very organized person, and I have a schematic memory which, combined with a creative instinct, allows me to range my ideas and keep an open-minded approach. My solid international vocation has led me to live in different foreign countries for study and internships and to spend short periods abroad for educational and extracurricular activities. My many interests renew my passion for international social, political, and economic dynamics. In addition to the technical skills summarized on this page, I am most proud of my friends\' network worldwide. I gained the ability to relate to people from different cultural backgrounds and adapt to unfamiliar contexts quickly. I learned the value of travel as a personal growth experience and the added value of working in multi-cultural environments. Like a tree, my roots are planted in the territory where I was born, and my leaves have crossed boundaries that have made me feel like a citizen of the world.I believe in the importance of international cooperation and peace, I believe in the affirmation of rights, in need to oppose all forms of discrimination and hatred, I believe in the value of multiculturalism, I believe in debate and confrontation.
