General Counsel and executive advisor with experience in governance, M&A, post‑merger integration and organizational transformation within regulated and fast‑growing environments. Trusted legal and business partner to senior leadership, supporting strategic decision‑making, enterprise risk management and long‑term value creation.After seven years in private legal practice, I joined an Italian holding company in the pharmaceutical retail sector as General Counsel in 2022. In 2023, I supported the Group’s acquisition by the European multinational Dr. Max, contributing to the legal, governance and integration workstreams, and subsequently continuing in the role of General Counsel of Dr. Max Italy, part of a leading European pharmacy group.Reporting directly to the CEO Italy, I work closely with senior management and teams across the organization, providing legal and strategic support throughout all business functions. My scope includes M&A and strategic real estate transactions, corporate governance and legal entity rationalization, commercial contracting, and the design and oversight of compliance and enterprise risk frameworks aligned with business objectives and scalability.I have led and supported multiple acquisition and post‑acquisition integration programs, with a strong focus on governance alignment, process standardization, value capture and performance improvement. I currently lead the corporate simplification and governance rationalization program, executing several intercompany mergers planned and ongoing through 2026, in coordination with senior management and external advisors.I position the legal function as a strategic enabler of growth and transformation, strengthening leadership decision‑making through proactive risk management, governance excellence and a pragmatic, business‑oriented approach to regulation and compliance.My career trajectory is increasingly focused on broader executive leadership, where legal, governance and risk management capabilities are fully integrated into business strategy, transformation initiatives and long‑term value creation.
