ABOUT ELEONORA IMPROTA

I am a 29-year-old engineer. I am a master\'s graduate in Energy Engineering with a 110/110 final score at \"La Sapienza\" University of Rome. I have a particular aptitude for project activities that stimulate collaboration and problem solving. They often require the cooperation of several team members: I have no problem relating and interacting with other colleagues, even in multicultural contexts. Besides helping me in improving languages, the Erasmus experience has been an opportunity to connect with new cultures. When considering new job placements, I always look for positions to be dynamic and innovative and remain in line with my studies, since for the entire duration of them, they have always been challenging and exciting. My main interests are plants based on renewable sources, as I give significant importance to the issue of sustainability and environmental impact. The area of research and testing of new energy sources also stimulates my interest. My current position, together with analytical skills and a disposition for multidisciplinarity, requires good communication skills and involves regular interaction with the public/colleagues. Partly thanks to the many positive feedbacks I have received, which is a great encouragement for me, I always approach work proactively and curiously.
