About Eleonora Golcher
I am an experienced Client partner, Leadership Architect and Practitioner. The multiple roles I held in business development, strategy, managing P&L operations and leading large teams at AT & T, combined with my partner and founder roles at Coach in a Box equipped me to become an effective trusted advisor to my Fortune 100 clients. My specialty is to help my clients design, refresh and deploy leadership architectures, executive development journeys and Hi-Po talent acceleration interventions. My current role is multifaceted. I work as an executive coach, senior facilitator and primarily, as a thought partner, strategic advisor and design architect to my clients and peers.
