As a UX Specialist for Intimissimi and IUMAN Intimissimi Uomo within the Oniverse group, I work to drive forward UX and UI solutions across key digital touchpoints in the e-commerce department, addressing both current and future needs. I organize and carry out my work on long-term projects, collaborating closely with external providers to ensure design solutions aligned with business objectives, working with the Agile Scrum methodology. Through Agile practices, I focus on continuous iteration and improvement, working cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Service to integrate UX strategies seamlessly across all channels.I collaborate closely with the online store manager, online store coordinator, e-commerce manager and business analysts to enhance the digital customer experience. My work also involves conducting UX analyses using specialized software to drive data-driven decisions and optimize user experiences across digital platforms.
