ABOUT ELENNA MOSOFF
Hi, I’m Elenna, Experiential Designer, weaver, immersive storyteller, and lifelong creator of spaces where humans feel connected, inspired, and fully alive. For over two decades, I’ve been designing experiences that blend creativity, strategy, and deep human connection. With an MFA in Theatre Direction and a Co-Active professional coaching certification, I bring a unique lens to transforming ideas into environments where people don’t just participate, they belong. My journey began in the world of theatre, collaborating with pioneers like Punchdrunk in London and HERE Arts in New York. I co-founded The Mission Business to merge storytelling with strategic foresight, creating projects like ZED.TO, an eight-month immersive narrative spanning live events and digital worlds. Along the way, I’ve worked with organizations like NASA, Red Bull, Ubisoft, PwC, and Autodesk to help them imagine and embody the futures they want to build. Today, my canvas stretches even further. From leading Experiential Design at the Co-Active Training Institute to designing secret urban adventures, grief circles, and immersive community events, I focus on crafting experiences that resonate long after they’re over in service of ongoing transformation. Beyond my professional roles, I’m a co-founder of River Rising NFP, a lifelong land project in Ontario dedicated to exploring new models of community, belonging, and regenerative living. It’s a living laboratory where my passion for experiential design converges with land stewardship, relationship-building, and dreaming and practicing new ways of being together.
