Manage the full recruitment cycle for positions in Northen Greece and across Balkan region (Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Serbia).• Partner with hiring managers to gather comprehensive recruitment needs• Represent the company at events, career fairs and networking forums to attract talent and boost the employer presence • Leverage the company’s partnerships with the region\'s top universities and recruitment agencies• Execute the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for new hires• Ensure the termination process is promptly completed (i.e, exit interviews)• Organize training activities collaborating with external vendors and internal stakeholders• Support compliance, policy updates and documentation• Contribute to HR projects that drive engagement and operational efficiency• Maintain high levels of interaction with all members of staff; act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, proactively addressing employee concerns and ensuring a positive work environment
