I specialize in supporting educators and institutions in translating inclusive values into everyday teaching practices through equitable, inclusive training.Growing up between two cultures helped shaped both my worldview and my professional focus. Experiencing different educational, cultural, and social systems first-hand taught me that inclusion is not achieved through policy alone. It requires awareness, adaptability, and practical tools that educators can confidently apply in the classroom.I hold a degree in International Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and my professional background spans training, management, and project leadership across diverse environments. Beginning in the service industry and later moving into management roles, I developed a strong foundation in communication, structure, and people-centered leadership, skills that continue to inform my work in education today.Over time, my focus shifted toward cultural responsiveness in learning environments, leading to the development of structured, practice-focused training for educators.
