I am a Banking & Finance Partner at Faegre Drinker with experience in a wide range of sophisticated, international financings, including corporate finance (RCFs, including super senior alongside HY bonds), special situations (involving stressed/distressed elements and disputes), real estate finance (acquisition and development), fund finance and asset-backed financings. I advise both borrowers and lenders on all aspects of their global financing arrangements and represent a broad array of clients; private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, real estate investment firms, developers, family offices, and large corporates, as well as direct and private credit lenders. I frequently assists clients in the high-level strategic planning and structuring of their credit arrangements and capital stacks.Faegre Drinker is an AM Law 50,$1+ billion revenue international law firm with 20 offices across the US, UK and China.
