Develop innovative drug delivery strategies for targeted cancer therapies, focusing on optimizing efficacy and minimizing off-target effects.• Design and modify a range of small molecules and protein inhibitors using computer aided drug design (CADD) techniques, including molecular docking, structure-based drug design, and virtual screening, for optimization of binding interactions to enhance efficacy and selectivity utilizing Schrödinger Suite, PyRex, AutoDock Vina, and AlphaFold.• Generate and optimize ELISA protocols to analyze proteins and drugs levels in biological samples with high sensitivity and reproducibility, specifically for ADME, PK/PD, and toxicity studies.• Expertise in multicolor flow cytometry using BD FACSymphony and Beckman Coulter Gallios for cell population analysis and functional characterization.• Employ stem cells (hPSCs) and organoid models for high-throughput drug screening, drug efficacy testing, and disease modeling.• Maintain and culture cancer and primary mammalian cell lines; proficient in fluorescence microscopy (EVOS/Keyence) and other in vitro techniques.• Apply and optimize histological techniques and tissue staining for detailed tissue analysis and biomarker identification.• Synthesize fluorescently labelled antibody and/or nanobody conjugates and separation/ characterization with SEC/ HPLC and UV-Vis spectroscopy.• Expertise with in vivo models, including generating orthotopic and xenograft models, compound administration, blood/urine collection, survival surgeries, and necropsies for biodistributions.• Perform a variety of in vivo imaging techniques (bioluminescence, fluorescence) to study pharmacokinetics, biodistribution, and tumor response to treatments.
