Manage the daily operation of the LMS - Cornerstone for a global network - troubleshooting assistance for users accessing courses, reviewing and monitoring system performance, and resolving issues relating to system functionality and software systems • Analyse global workforce engagement results by using Qualtrics dashboard to report functional and regional trends to inform strategic change plans, identify new learning subjects and objectives • Create digital training courses with productions tools, such as Articulate 360 • Train and develop Learning Managers and Learning specialists for other RSM Member firms and act as point of contact for any learning queries • Build and deploy global learning programs RSM Talent Academy, ISO, IT compliance, Marketing Academy by using a variety of delivery channels: E-learning, Instructor-Led Training & execute all launches for e-learning training programs including course catalogue records, learning material distribution and SCORM training content • Leading a global L&D team, responsible for the development of an International Audit training program and offer-integrated solutions to our network of Auditors • Cooperate with a global network of Memberfirms to identify training gaps for onboarding training, analyse performance metrics; summarise effectiveness and implement solutions to improve training content and quality • Develop a comprehensive checklist of accesses and training (over 30 items) for newly onboarded vendor agents to drive compliance and project delivery quality improvement • Manage and support Memberfirms to capture CPD learning activities & update CPD records of employees on annual basis on LMS, and develop reports for C-level executives
