Serve as an expert- in the operations of the global design of Mars Job Framework. Deliver enterprise-wide expertise in Job Evaluation, Job levelling, and allocations to Job function and Job Family delivered through the Job Architecture- to improve and develop Mars Pay Framework including pay range design, pay structure review and maintenance of pay ranges- of Rewards processes including Merit, STI Payout, Benchmarking, Pay Recommendations. Provide external market and internal Mars insights to input and steer the creation and improvement of the global compensation policies and practices. Own relationship with salary survey providers and lead the development of the benchmarking process and use of technology (MarketPay and Workday) Act as problem solver for complex cases and escalations.
