Serve as privacy counsel for family of companies, including Innovis Data Solutions, Inc, AmRent, Inc, Automation Research, Inc, Byte Software, LLC, Factual Data, Inc, DataVerify, LLC, Flood Zone Determination Services, LLC, Ibbie, LLC, and DataVerify National Property & Valuation Services, Inc.(Select Business Services), providing data-related services to diverse businesses, such as consumer credit reporting, consumer data insights and analytics, and consumer loan origination and servicing support services. Report to General Counsel and serve as officer of parent company. • Responsible for providing practical legal guidance on corporate and business level initiatives impacting privacy, data protection, and security to minimize risks and maintain confidentiality of personal information of consumers and employees and other business data. • Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, InfoSec, and other teams to advise on data collection, use, transfer, maintenance, and disposal while managing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. • Provide privacy and data security subject matter expertise in drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, data protection addenda, and other agreements. • Respond to privacy and security-related customer and regulatory inquiries and investigations. • Draft and maintain external privacy notices and disclosures and manage/update internal policies and procedures to ensure compliance with privacy and cybersecurity laws and regulations and industry best practices.• Maintain, manage, and mature comprehensive corporate and business level privacy programs, including support of privacy framework and governance structures, data inventories, consumer privacy request intake and response processes, privacy impact assessments, employee training, policy enforcement, and incident response. • Provide periodic reports to Board of Directors and Compliance Committees of each business regarding privacy issues and program goals.
