As the Human Resources Director at LOTTE HOTEL SEATTLE, I oversee the people and culture department for a fast-growing hospitality organization with over 450 multi-cultural staff across Washington State, California, Idaho, and Hawaii. I am also the founder and chief consultant of REH Interpreting & Translating, a business I launched in 2017 to provide English-to-Spanish and Spanish-to-English translation and interpretation services.With over 8 years of experience in human resources and 5 years as a director, I have developed strong skills in talent planning, labor and employment law, and employee relations. I serve as a member of the executive team, providing expert HR support to senior leaders and helping design and implement key initiatives focused on improving employee retention and engagement. I also manage workers compensation for employees, working with insurance companies to review claims, improve safety, and enable injured staff to return to work as soon as possible. I am passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment for all employees.
